The conditional use shall be limited to 1455 SR 436, Suite #2 in the Casselberry Commons shopping center <br />only, as indicated on the suite locator map labeled "Exhibit C", Expansion of that space shall a new <br />Conditional Use review by the Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />2. When the alcoholic beverage license is transferred from Suite <br />tenant space shall cease. Alcoholic beverage sales from Suite <br />center will require a new conditional use approval. <br />3. The grease interceptor shall be installed, operational and inspected by the of <br />business opening. The grease interceptor shall be maintained in good operating condition. <br />4, The 2-COP alcohol license from the State Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco shall <br />kept current at all times. <br />5. Consumption of all alcoholic beverages shall be on-site and <br />6. Package sales of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption shall not be allowed, <br />7. Hours of operation shall be Monday through Sunday from 11 :00 AM to 1 0:00 P~v1. <br />8. The applicant shall transfer and keep current both City and County business tax <br />9. The business shall remain in complete compliance with all City, County and requirements, <br />10. The conditional use shall commence within 90 days of the City's issuance of the occupational <br />11. The conditional use shall expire if the use is discontinued for more than 90 days. <br />12. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br /> <br />the sale of alcoholic beverages from <br />in Casselberry Commons <br /> <br />to <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Bedri Burnazi, 1455 State <br /> <br /> <br />Casselberry, <br /> <br />Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Burnazi explained that the City required <br /> <br />to the grease trap at the current location which would have resulted in extensive work. He said that the current is <br /> <br />need of improvements; therefore he decided to relocate his business. <br /> <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in <br /> <br />audience who wished to speak in favor or in <br /> <br />request. No one came forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address CU 09-09. Mr. Aramendia <br /> <br />approval of <br /> <br /> <br />Anthony's Pizza based on the staff memo dated September 2009 from <br /> <br />Smith to the Planning and <br /> <br />as presented, Mr. Hale seconded the motion, The motion passed unanimously by voice <br /> <br />LPA 09-04 and ZB 09-04 were discussed as one item. <br /> <br />Fourth Item of Business: LPA 09-04: Lakeview Center. Amendment to the Future Land Use Map from a Commercial <br />designation to Major Thoroughfare Mixed Use (MTMU) designation. Property located at 1501 East Altamonte Drive. <br /> <br />Fifth Item of Business: ZB 09-09: Lakeview Center. Rezoning from a CG designation to a Planned Mixed Use - Mid <br />Rise (PMX-MID) zoning designation. Property located at 1501 East Altamonte Drive. <br />
