<br />Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />September 23, 2009 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Smith stated the Community Development Department supports the applicant's request to <br /> <br />the site <br /> <br />SPR 06-28 (master site plan) and SPR 07-13 (Wal-Mart site plan) from October 8,2009 to <br /> <br />8, 0, <br /> <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in <br /> <br /> <br />request. No one came forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address SPR 09-10. Mr. Aramendia recommended <br /> <br />of <br /> <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />based on the staff report dated September 15, 2009 from Ms. Smith to <br /> <br />Planning <br /> <br /> <br />Commission as <br /> <br />Mr. Weinroth seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously voice vote. <br /> <br />Eighth Item of Business: Other Business. <br /> <br />Ms. Smith introduced Mr. Victor Lutz to the members of <br /> <br />Planning <br /> <br />Zoning Commission, <br /> <br /> <br />will be sworn in at the October 14,2009 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />A general discussion ensued regarding extension of site plans. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, motion was made, seconded, <br /> <br />passed to <br /> <br />Tapes ofthe meeting are available as a matter of public record. <br /> <br /> <br />
