<br />Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />August 12, 2009 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Code also states that vehicles that exceed the maximum height of 8 feet with the attachments or vehicles longer <br /> <br />22 feet with the attachments/accessories must be removed from the residential district. <br /> <br />A general discussion ensued regarding commercial vehicle parking in residential districts and <br /> <br /> <br />requirements for other municipalities, types of fencing materials allowed, fencing height requirements and <br /> <br />effective date for the enforcement of designated parking areas. <br /> <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address ZB 09-07. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to provide a <br /> <br />favorable recommendation to the City Commission regarding ZB 09-07 for amendments to Section <br /> <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Vehicles and Equipment with the addition of the following: <br /> <br />1. The fencing must be of a continuous material in relation to the approved material <br />fencing. <br />2. Conditional use request for alcohol <br />sales in a CG zoning district. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated August 6, <br /> <br />to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in <br /> <br />Community Development <br /> <br />Department). Mr. Senzee stated if the Planning and Zoning Commission chooses to approve <br /> <br /> <br />to allow <br /> <br />on-site consumption of alcoholic beverages as allowed by the 2COP state license, in conjunction with <br /> <br />of a restaurant located at 1410 State Road 436.. approval would be based on the findings of and <br /> <br />of the staff report dated August 6, 2009, and the conditions outlined in the staff report which are: <br /> <br />1. The conditional use shall be limited to the Brick & Fire restaurant located at 1410 State Road <br />
