No commercial vehicles/equipment <br />or recreational vehicles/equipment may be sold from the site. <br />9. All inventory vehicles shall be placed within the limits of approved inventory parking spaces. <br />10. All automotive services, including washing/detailing, shall be confined to the service bays. No outdoor <br />services of any kind are permitted. <br />11. Hours of operation for the automotive sales component shall be seven days a week, 9:00am - 7:00pm. <br />The hours of operation for the automotive repair component shall be Monday - Saturday 9:00am - <br />7:00pm. <br />12. If necessary, the applicant shall apply for and receive a wastewater discharge permit from the City's <br />Public Works Department. <br />13. The business shall remain in complete compliance with all City, County and State requirements. <br />14. There shall be no outside display or storage of goods, materials, services. The only exception to this <br />will be the inventory vehicles allowed on site. <br />15. The conditional use shall expire if the use is discontinued for more than 90 days. <br />16. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br /> <br />After a general discussion regarding the conditional use approval time frame, Mr. Aramendia asked the <br /> <br />applicant to come forward. Mr. Boki Radulovic, property owner, 7343 Harley Street, Orlando, Florida came <br /> <br />forward. Mr. Radulovi said in general he agrees with staff's recommendation with a few exceptions. Mr. <br /> <br />Radulovic stated that the current tenant has a month to month lease and upon site plan approval and completion <br /> <br />of the permitting process, the current tenant would receive notice to vacate the property. He said due to the <br /> <br />uncertainty in the time frame needed for the approval process he would like to request as much time as possible <br /> <br />to complete the process. <br /> <br />Mr. James Garritani, Designers Architectural, 707 Monroe Street, Sanford, Florida came forward. Mr. <br /> <br />Garritani said updating the site requires approval from the St. John's River Water Management District and he is <br /> <br />unsure of the timeframe needed for their permit. He said he would be applying for a building permit within the <br /> <br />12 month period; however, he would like the option to request an extension if there is a delay in receiving the St. <br /> <br />John's permit. <br /> <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the type of vehicles being sold on the site, the hours of operation <br /> <br />and the location and design ofthe detailing area. Mr. Tim Dickerson, Inervest Realty, 713 Honeysuckle Avenue, <br /> <br />Suite 200, Celebration, Florida came forward. Mr. Dickerson said he spoke with Mr. Senzee regarding the sale <br /> <br />of auxiliary products such as automobile accessories as well as a customer lounge area within the showroom <br /> <br />area and he wanted to clarify for the record that those uses would be allowed. <br />
