They are asking that the City agree that if he is able to get the financing <br />that the City lower the fine, perhaps to the administrative expenses involved. <br />Mr. Henderson stated the project would have to first be completed then come back. <br />Mr. Beane continued. <br />CES Brown stated the violations have been brought into compliance, d there are not any current code violations <br />pending at that address. He would borrow the $30,000.00 for personal. improvements and is once again asking to <br />revisit the reduction which runs in favor of the City. <br />Mr. Beane stated ane of the problems with borrowing money at the time he was brought in was that there was a <br />tenant who was causing most of the code violations.
