Mr, Henderson stated these two properties have been brought to the Board time and time again. at they are <br />asking is to delay the findings an the foreclosure far 90 days which would allow Mr. Casselberry time to obtain <br />financing to correct and repair the Queens Mirror address. <br />Mr. Beane stated ane part was left out. They are asking that the City agree that if he is able to get the financing <br />that the City lower the fine, perhaps to the administrative expenses involved. <br />Mr. Henderson stated the project would have to first be completed then come back. <br />Mr. Beane continued. <br />CES Brown stated the violations have been brought into compliance, d there are not any current code violations <br />pending at that address. He would borrow the $30,000.00 for personal. improvements and is once again asking to <br />revisit the reduction which runs in favor of the City. <br />Mr. Beane stated ane of the problems with borrowing money at the time he was brought in was that there was a <br />tenant who was causing most of the code violations. Mr. Beane continued. <br />John Gasselberry was sworn in by Ms. Babb-Nutcher. <br />John Casselberry, 700 S. Lost Lake Lane stated his request was to delay to fhe decision. Mr. Casselberry <br />continued. <br />Robert G, Flint made a motion in CEB Case # CE-OS-01783 to recommend to City Council to pursue <br />foreclosure. <br />Alvera Armour seconded the motion, <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />Robert C. Flint made a motion in CEB Case # CE-07-00087 to recommend to City Council to pursue <br />foreclosure. <br />Paul L. McKernan seconded the motion, <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />
