Robert C, Flint seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Debra Babb-Nutcher asked if there was actual mowing done by the City. CES Brown stated the front yard was mowed. s. Babb-Nutcher asked what the costs were, and if there were any did the City want to get that in on the Qrder. CES Brown stated this would be added to the total far next month. CE-08-02387 & 08-02388 1410 Avalon Blvd Equity Qne Inc.Iowners overgrown property 70-2 (C) & damaged windows 1994 SBCGI 305.7-305.13.2 Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised the Code Enforc ent Board on the status of case CE-08- 42387. Qn 10/24/2008 the City contractor was notified to mow the property, mowing was completed on 10/29!2008. The property was put in compliance by the City contractor. A fine of $75.00 for 6 days of non- compliance was to be imposed as well as $b0.00 for mowing and $60.00 far administrative costs. The total fine of $195.00 should be imposed. Robert C. Flint made a motion to fmd that Respondents in CEB Case #08-02387 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Urder of 1Of15/2008 by the date specified in that Urder and that the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Urder. The violation has since complied on 10f29/2008 and therefore a fine in the amount of $195,00 is hereby imposed. Alves Armour seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. As of 1 If13l2008 there had been no compliance, the fine should be accessed set by the Board. Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to fmd that Respondents in CEB Case #08-02388 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Urder of 1011512008 by the date specified in that Urder and that the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Urder.
