This property remains non-compliant; the fine of $25.Q0 per day should be imposed. Robert C. Flint made a motion to find that Respondents in CE Case 08-00617 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 10/1512008 by the date specified in that Qrder and that the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order. Alves Armour seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-08-02301 1565 Oak Lane Paz, Brendalowner overgrown property 70-2(C) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised the Code Enforcement Board on the status of this case. The City mowing contractor was instructed to abate the violation on 1 Qf24/2008, on 10/29l2QQ8 the City was notified that the front of the property was mowed; however the back of the prop has a severe issue with a dumping of trash and debris which prohibited the abatement of the back of the property. This property remains non- compliant; the fine should be accessed as recommended.
