CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING JANUARY 08, 2009, page 7 Robert C. Flint seconded the motion. The motion did not pass unanimously, Kathleen A. Hale and Alvera Armour voted nay. The motion passed 3-2. CE-08-03046 1350 Quintuplet Drive/ ElibollMarizan Graffiti~ paint~ mildew 3-10.3 (B) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor gave testimony for the above case. Mr. Brown advised that a Lis Pendens has been filed on this property; the attorney of record has been notified of this action. The City asked for a Finding of Fact and an appropriate fine be imposed. Paul L. McKernan made a motion to imd Respondents in CEB Case #CE-08-03046 in violation of City Code, Section 3-10.3 (8), and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 01120/2009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 02/12/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a ime in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. CE-08-03225 395 Orane:e Lane/ Washine:ton No fence permit 2-7.10 (A) & (C) Michele Lawrence, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony for the above case and presented photographs of the violation. CEO Lawrence stated there was never a permit pulled for the original fence, when the fence was modified a permit should have been applied for.
