CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING JANUARY 08,2009, page 4 Paul L. McKernan made a motion to imd that Respondent in CEB Case # 08-03219 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 12/15/2008 by the date specified in that Order and that the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order. Robert C. Flint seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-08-03222 2438 Harbour Way Wells Fare:o Bank/owner General maintenance 3-10.3 Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, stated that that the above case was non-compliant by the date set by the Board. Another follow-up inspection was conducted on 12/30/2008 found to be in compliance and the fine of $50.00 should be imposed for twelve days of non-compliance. Robert C. CE-08-03349 1411 Huntine:ton Drive Foster/owner Disabled/unlicensed vehicle 3-10.91.4. b Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, stated that that the above case was non-compliant by the date set by the Board and was non-compliant on 01/0812009; the fine of $50.00 should be imposed. Paul L. McKernan made a motion to find that Respondent in CEB Case # 08-03349 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 12/15/2008 by the date specified in that Order and that the ime will be imposed as set forth in that Order. Phillip Weekley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. REDUCTIONIW AIVER OF LIEN CE-08-00341 4100 S Hie:hwav 17/92 Carr/Floors Direct Overe:rown property 70-2 (C) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised the Code Enforcement Board on the above case. The violation was for overgrown property. 04/10/2008 date of first Hearing found to be non-compliant, a compliance date of 04/25/2008 was set by the Board or a fine of $75.00 per day would be imposed. 05/08/2008 date of Subsequent Hearing, the $75.00 per day fine was imposed due to non-compliance. The property remained non- compliant till an inspection on 10/06/2008 which found the property to be in compliance. There is an outstanding fine of $12,300.00 for 164 days of non-compliance. A representative Floors Direst was present at the 01108/2009 CEB meeting to offer testimony.
