CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING JANUARY 08, 2009, page 3 CE-08-03011 1320 Lancelot Way Orndorff/Sanchez/owners Overe:rown property 70-2 (C) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, stated that that the above case was non-compliant by the date set by the Board and was non-compliant on 0110812009; the fine of $25.00 should be imposed. Robert C. Flint made a motion to imd that Respondents in CEB Case # 08-03011 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 12/15/2008 by the date specified in that Order and that the ime will be imposed as set forth in that Order. Phillip Weekley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
