<br />significantly contribute to, an increase in mortality, or an increase in serious irreversible or <br /> <br />incapacitating reversible illness, or may pose a substantial present or potential hazard to human <br /> <br />health or the environment when improperly transported, disposed of, stored, treated, or otherwise <br /> <br /> <br />managed. <br /> <br /> <br />(s) Operating Hours. The hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through <br /> <br /> <br />Friday, during which time Contractor shall be authorized to provide Collection Services under <br /> <br /> <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br />(t) Recyclable Material or Recyclables. Materials which are capable of being <br />recycled as determined by the City under the City's Recycling Program, and which would <br />otherwise be processed or disposed of as Solid Waste. Recyclable Material includes newspapers <br />(including inserts), magazines and catalogs, clear, green, and brown glass bottles and jars, <br />aluminum cans, plastic bottles numbered 1-7, steel cans, including empty aerosol cans which are <br />collected on a weekly basis, and telephone books which are collected one (I) season per year, <br /> <br /> <br />and other materials that the City, at its discretion, may add or remove from the program. <br /> <br /> <br />(u) Recycle Bin. The container intended for use as a receptacle for Recyclable <br /> <br /> <br />Material. Nothing shall preclude Contractor from collecting Recyclable Material in a container <br /> <br /> <br />other than that described herein. <br /> <br /> <br />(v) Solid Waste. Garbage, Rubbish, Yard Waste, White Goods, and furniture. <br /> <br /> <br />(w) Special Waste. Wastes that require special handling and management, including <br /> <br /> <br />but not limited to, White Goods, waste tires, used oil, lead acid batteries, construction and <br /> <br /> <br />demolition debris, ash residue, Yard Waste, Biological Waste, and mercury containing devices or <br />lamps. <br /> <br />6 <br />
