After City Commission approval the applicant shall provide the City with a check for the recording <br />fees (made payable to "Seminole County"), (1) executed mylar of the recorded plat (20" x 24"), an <br />executed copy of the Homeowner's Association documents, and any other information requested <br />as part of compliance to F.S. Chapter 177. <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Andrea Dinkins, Seminola Townhomes came forward. <br /> <br />The Commission had no questions for the applicant. <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br /> <br />the request. No one came forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Henson recommended approval of SP 06-05 based on the staff report dated June 9, 2006 from Mr. Matt <br /> <br />Dorsten to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Buchanan seconded the motion. The motion passed <br /> <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Ninth Item of Business: lPA 05-17: Seminola Boulevard East Small Area Study (SBESAS). Resolution to <br />approve the findings and recommendations resulting from the citizen input and staff analysis for the <br />properties located on Seminola Boulevard between Winter Park Drive and the legacy Park Planned <br />Development. <br /> <br />Mr. Matt Dorsten, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated June 9, 2006, to <br /> <br />the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br /> <br />Department). Mr. Dorsten distributed and reviewed an email he received from Ms. Nicole Hawkins, dated June 5, <br /> <br />2006 regarding a proposed zoning change between North Triplet Lake Drive and Seminola Boulevard (a copy is <br /> <br />attached and made a part of the minutes). A discussion ensued regarding a commercial zoning designation for the <br /> <br />parcel of land on North Triplet Drive. It was decided that Mr. Dorsten would add the following information to the <br />Seminola Boulevard East Small Area Study report: "No driveway cuts allowed on North Triplet Lake Drive". <br /> <br />Mr. Dorsten requested the Planning and Zoning Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the <br /> <br />City Commission. He said, should the City Commission approve the Resolution, Ordinances will then be drafted and <br />brought forward to the Planning & Zoning Commission for review and adoption by the City Commission to implement <br />the recommendations of the Study. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding any concerns from the City Commission regarding the study. Mr. <br />Dorsten stated that the City Commission suggested acquiring lake front property on the south side of Seminola <br />
