Zoning change from R-9 to RMF-13 for the property located
at 750 Seminola Boulevard. Due to improper advertising by the Orlando Sentinel this item must be
continued to the June 28, 2006 Planning and Zoning CommissionILocal Planning Agency agenda.

Mr. Matt Dorsten, Planner, requested that ZB 06-04 be continued to the June 28, 2006 Planning and Zoning

Commission meeting due to an advertising error by the Orlando Sentinel. Mr. Dorsten said this property received a

conditional use approval in 2004 for a church in an R-9 zoning district. Mr. Dorsten stated that the R-9 zoning

designation does not conform to the medium density future land use designation; therefore as a condition of approval
for the conditional use, the property is required to be rezoned to an RMF-13 zoning designation. He said it is

intended to be used as a church.

The Commission suggested execution of a developer's agreement and the applicant should meet with the

residents in the area to discuss the proposed rezoning.

Mr. Kelley asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to,

the request. No one came forward.
