<br />Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />May 24, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Mr. Burlingame asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br /> <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Burlingame asked for a motion to address LPA 06-07. Mr. Henson made a motion to direct staff to <br /> <br />prepare the verbiage required to change the Unified Land Development Regulations to require a wall on any <br /> <br />commercial or more intensive use adjacent to residential and schedule a public hearing for the Planning and Zoning <br /> <br />Commission. Mr. Buchanan seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The Board was polled. <br /> <br />David Henson Yes <br />Michael Buchanan Yes <br />David Burlingame Yes <br />Nathan Van Meter Yes <br />Edmund BakaUa Yes <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Third Item of Business: LPA 06-09: ULDR Section 3-10.9, Parking of vehicles in residential districts. <br />Workshop to review permanent designated parking area criteria (A4a) and unlicensed, inoperable vehicles <br />(A4b) and special permit/state of emergency (C1-2) <br /> <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Acting Community Development Director, reviewed the information provided in her <br /> <br />memorandum dated May 19,2006, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in <br /> <br />the Community Development Department). <br /> <br />The following changes were made to the current Casselberry Unified Land Development Reaulations <br /> <br />(ULDR): <br /> <br />1. Change Section 3-10.9.A.4 <br />Other restrictions. <br />a. All currently licensed and privatoly ownod oermanenUv reaistered autos, trucks and vans must be <br />parked in a driveway or permanent designated area attached to the driveway. <br />c. Porsonal vOAicles oither equal to or greator than 6,000 pounds or oqual to or greator than 20 foot in <br />length shall not be parked on pr-operty used for residential purposos. <br />2. Delete Section 3-10-9-C.1 <br />C. E;~cepti0f18. <br />1.
