No one came forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Burlingame asked for a motion to address LPA 06-07. Mr. Henson made a motion to direct staff to <br /> <br />prepare the verbiage required to change the Unified Land Development Regulations to require a wall on any <br /> <br />commercial or more intensive use adjacent to residential and schedule a public hearing for the Planning and Zoning <br /> <br />Commission. Change Section 3-10.9.A.4 <br />Other restrictions. <br />a. All currently licensed and privatoly ownod oermanenUv reaistered autos, trucks and vans must be <br />parked in a driveway or permanent designated area attached to the driveway. <br />c.
