<br />Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />April 26, 2006 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Stanley Weinroth Yes <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Seventh Item of Business: CU 06-06: La Perrada Cafe. Conditional use request to allow a barllounge use at <br />1555 SR 436, Suites 1321. <br /> <br />Mr. Matt Dorsten, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated April 21, 2006, to <br /> <br />the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br /> <br />Department). Mr. Dorsten stated staff recommends approval of CU 06-05 to allow a bar/lounge to operate as La <br /> <br />Perrade Cafe in the Grindle Village at 1555 SR 436, Suite 1321, Casselberry, FL based on the staff report dated April <br /> <br />21 , 2006, the site plan (Attachment A) dated and the conditions stated in the staff report which are: <br /> <br />1. The conditional use shall be limited to 1555 SR 436 suite 1321 only, as indicated on "Attachment A". <br />2. The site must meet City Code in all aspects prior to commencement of the conditional use. The <br />applicant is required to provide staff with the appropriate documentation illustrating that the tenant <br />space does not exceed permissible signage (Le. fagade signs and window signs), prior to the <br />commencement of the conditional use. <br />3. Package sales of beer and/or wine is prohibited. Sales of alcohol shall be strictly for onsite <br />consumption. <br />4. There shall be no outside sales, storage, or display of goods, materials or services. <br />5. The property shall be maintained in accordance with Section 3-10.3 of the ULDR. <br />6. A new conditional use application shall be required if there is a change in ownership, if there is a <br />change in the name of the business, or if alcoholic beverage sales or use of the alcoholic beverage <br />license should cease for more than ninety (90) days. <br />7. The conditional use shall be implemented within ninety (90) days or the conditional use shall become <br />null and void. <br />8. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br /> <br />Mr. Burlingame asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Javier Prado, 1555 State Road 436, Suite 1321, <br /> <br />Winter Park, Florida came forward and requested approval of his conditional use request. <br /> <br />Mr. Burlingame asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br /> <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Burlingame asked for a motion to address CU 06-06. Mr. Henson <br />recommended approval of CU 06-06 based on staff's memo dated April 21, 2006 to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission from Mr. Matt Dorsten with the findings of fact and conclusions of law. Mr. Weinroth seconded the <br /> <br />motion. <br />
