<br />Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />March 22, 2006 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley asked for a motion to address CU 06-04. Mr. Henson recommended approval of CU 06-04 based on the <br />staff report dated March 17,2006 to the Planning and Zoning Commission from Matt Dorsten, along with the items discussed <br />at the meeting primarily that the site must meet City Code in all aspects prior to commencement of the conditional use and the <br /> <br />correction of the address in the staff recommendation section. Revise Development Order 02-08. Property located at 430 <br />Plumosa Avenue, Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley stated that Mr. Cannon has provided a letter requesting to reschedule CU 06-05. Mr. Henson <br />recommended continuing CU 06-05 to the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Mr. Van Meter seconded the <br /> <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Fifth Item of Business: LPA 06-04: ULDR Section 3-10.9, ParkinQ of vehicles in residential districts. Workshop to <br />determine prohibited vehicles and their parking requirements. <br /> <br />A discussion ensued regarding the additional information that was distributed to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission at tonight's meeting. Ms. Smith explained that the information was emailed to the Planning and Zoning <br /> <br />Commissioners on March 21, 2006 and it was indicated in the staff report dated March 17, 2006 that the comments from the <br /> <br />various departments would be discussed at the March 22, 2006 meeting. <br /> <br />Ms. Smith reviewed the information provided in her memorandum to the Planning and Zoning Commission (copies <br /> <br />are on file in the Community Development Department) dated March 22, 2006 and the draft ordinance, including the <br />comments from Ms. Jimette Cook, Mayor Goff and Ms. Katie Reischmann. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the draft ordinance and comments and the following changes were <br /> <br />made: <br />
