Revised Section 3-10.9(A)(d)(1)(a)(3) to read: "In the side or rear yard with the sign area screened from the <br />street and adjacent properties by a 100 % ooaoue fence or landscape material." <br />15. Include trucks with motorized cooling units may not be parked in a residential district. <br /> <br />A discussion ensued regarding equipment used in construction but no conclusion was made. <br /> <br />Ms. Smith stated that the she would make the necessary revisions to the draft ordinance. Ms. Smith stated she is <br />discussing with the City Attorney portions of the Code that deal with vehicles and trucks. Ms. Smith said she was concerned if <br />Section 82-127 was eliminated that it would prohibit the Police Officers from writing tickets. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission stated they wanted to review the final ordinance before the cover memo is <br /> <br />drafted. Ms. Smith stated that the ordinance would be reviewed at the next meeting before it is advertised as a public hearing. <br />
