Property located at 1555 Semoran Blvd, Winter Park, Florida <br /> <br />Mr. Matt Dorsten, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated March 17,2006, to the City <br /> <br />of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (copy on file in the Community Development Department), Mr. Dorsten <br /> <br />stated staff recommends approval of CU 06-04 to allow outdoor seating at La Abundancia Bakery in the Grindle Village at <br /> <br />1555 SR 436, Suites 1001 & 1011, Casselberry, Florida based on the staff report dated March 17, 2006, the site plan (Exhibit <br />B2) dated March 17, 2006, and the conditions outlined in the staff report which are: <br /> <br />1. The conditional use shall be limited to 1555 SR 436 suites 1001 & 1011 only, as indicated on "Exhibit C", <br />
