Mr. McGregor seconded the <br /> <br />motion. The motion <br /> <br />unanimously by <br /> <br />vote. <br /> <br />17/92 Improvements <br /> <br />There was no additional <br /> <br /> <br />at <br /> <br /> <br />CRA Plan Update <br /> <br />Mr. Kohler said RERC is reviewing the CRA documents at this time and an outline of the <br /> <br />redevelopment program would be provided at the next CRA meeting. Mr. Kohler said he would work with <br /> <br />staff to engage public input <br /> <br />Seventh Item of Business: Approval of Payments <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the per diem for the Florida Redevelopment Association <br /> <br />conference and the hotel room rates for conference attendees. <br /> <br />Mr. Daigle made a motion to approve the following invoices: <br /> <br />1. Real Estate Research Consultants for CRA Plan Update - $7,500. <br />2. Real Estate Research Consultants for CRA services for October/November - $2,000. <br />3. Cherry, Bekaert & Holland for independent audit work - $16,100. <br />
