Mr. Miller said he is recommending removing the Concord Center <br /> <br />property the two <br /> <br />to the Chan strip shopping center from the market <br /> <br />Mr. explained that the City parking lot adjacent to the Chan shopping center was developed <br /> <br />to accommodate the loss parking in the <br /> <br />Hall <br /> <br /> <br />to <br /> <br /> <br />intersection. <br /> <br />The sale and development of the Concord <br /> <br /> <br />the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />funding available for the City Center were discussed. <br /> <br />A discussion <br /> <br /> <br />regarding possible changes to the <br /> <br />Plan to <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />higher floor area ratio for the <br /> <br /> <br />a motion to submit the Concord <br /> <br />property as a small comprehensive <br /> <br />change amend the future land use designation to a <br /> <br />mixed use with a higher intensity and to rezone the property accordingly. Mr. McGregor seconded the <br /> <br />motion. The motion <br /> <br />unanimously by <br /> <br />vote. <br /> <br />17/92 Improvements <br /> <br />There was no additional <br /> <br /> <br />at <br /> <br /> <br />CRA Plan Update <br /> <br />Mr. Kohler said RERC is reviewing the CRA documents at this time and an outline of the <br /> <br />redevelopment program would be provided at the next CRA meeting. Mr. Kohler said he would work with <br /> <br />staff to engage public input <br /> <br />Seventh Item of Business: Approval of Payments <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the per diem for the Florida Redevelopment Association <br /> <br />conference and the hotel room rates for conference attendees. <br /> <br />Mr. Daigle made a motion to approve the following invoices: <br /> <br />1. Real Estate Research Consultants for CRA Plan Update - $7,500. <br />2. Real Estate Research Consultants for CRA services for October/November - $2,000. <br />3. Cherry, Bekaert & Holland for independent audit work - $16,100. <br />
