Ms. Smith said the CRA incentives would allow a maximum of $4,000. <br /> <br />Mr. Kohler said that the CRA needs to review the incentive policy and address it in the updated <br /> <br />CRA Plan. <br /> <br />In response to the Board's question, Ms. Smith said that Black's Automotive would be willing to sell <br /> <br />their property if they were able to find a larger located on US Highway 1 <br /> <br />Eighth Item of Business: FRA Power Point Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Daigle said he received a PowerPoint template from the Florida Redevelopment Association <br /> <br />Conference and he is adding information specific to Casselberry. Mr. Daigle reviewed the PowerPoint <br /> <br />presentation to the Community Redevelopment Board (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br /> <br />Department). <br /> <br />Ninth Item of Business: Old Business <br /> <br />A discussion ensued regarding the CRA working with the City of Casselberry Chamber of <br /> <br />Commerce to host a Business After Hours event.
