Mr. Miller said there is a contract for $2 million for the sale of the Concord Center property on the <br /> <br />December 11, 2006 City Commission agenda. He said the contract provides a provision for the City <br /> <br />Commission to review the due diligence effort. He said the buyer has requested $100,000 for partial <br /> <br />demolition of the property. Mr. Miller and Ms. Smith are recommending denial to the City Commission <br />
