Mr. Conrad said he would like to provide <br /> <br />a of the audit and possibly a draft audit on December 15, 2006 to the CRA. <br /> <br />Mr. Kohler explained that the CRA <br /> <br />approved an estimated cost of $25,000 for the <br /> <br />independent audit; however, during the negotiation <br /> <br />Cherry, <br /> <br />& Holland <br /> <br />an <br /> <br /> <br />not to <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Kohler recommended that the CRA approve the additional $9,000 for the audit. <br /> <br />Mr. McGregor made a motion to <br /> <br />additional <br /> <br />for the <br /> <br /> <br />the motion. <br /> <br /> <br />by <br /> <br /> <br />Ms. Smith clarified that the next regularly <br /> <br /> <br />is December 8, 2006. Mr. <br /> <br />Conrad said he would provide an audit <br /> <br />report at the December 8, <br /> <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Sixth Item of Business: Site Plan Contracts <br /> <br />Mr. Ed Torres, Public Works Director, said CPH Engineers has provided proposals to develop <br /> <br />conceptual site plans for the CRA/City owned property and the Concord Center property. He said CPH has <br /> <br />provided the following options for the conceptual site plans: <br /> <br />CRA/City owned property (Target <br /> <br />& <br /> <br /> <br />parcel): <br /> <br />1. Prepare a conceptual site plan for the two CRA/City-owned parcels <br />2. Prepare a conceptual site plan for the two CRA/City-owned parcels including the Nebel <br />parcel. <br /> <br />Concord Center Property: <br /> <br />1. Prepare a conceptual site plan for the Concord Center property <br />2. Prepare a conceptual site plan for the Concord Center property including the adjacent <br />parcel- Black's Automotive <br /> <br />Mr. Torres said the cost of the conceptual site plans is $7,500. <br /> <br />Mr. McGregor made a motion to move forward with the conceptual plan for the Target <br /> <br />outparcel/Greenfield site and the Concord Center site. There was no second; therefore, the motion failed. <br /> <br />Mr. Daigle explained that earlier this year he spoke with the owner's of the Black's Automotive <br />Group regarding the sale of their property. He said that Black's Automotive would consider selling their <br /> <br />property if they could find a suitable parcel along the Highway 17/92 corridor. <br />
