The CRA Board suggested scheduling the <br /> <br />on December 11, 2006 or <br /> <br />8, 2007 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The following is a of <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />at the <br /> <br />1. Financial <br /> <br />Mr. Miller said he would <br /> <br />the request for the joint meeting to the City Commission. Ms. <br /> <br />Smith clarified that the letter from the CRA to the City Commission regarding postponing any decisions on <br /> <br />the sale of the Concord Center property was included in the City Commission agenda item for the extension <br /> <br />of the Mill's contract; however, Mill's withdrew contract. Ms. Smith <br /> <br />that new Commissioners <br /> <br />have not seen the letter. <br /> <br />Mr. Daigle said he received a contract to sell the Nebel property to the CRA for $690,000 and a <br /> <br />second contract for $475,000. <br /> <br />Seventh Item of Business: Status Report <br />· City Center RFP <br />· 17/92 Improvement <br /> <br />City Center RFP <br /> <br />Mr. Miller said the Selection Committee has met with Mr. Sieb and Mr. Sanders and Step One of <br /> <br />the RFP has been satisfied. Mr. Miller said he met with Mr. Sieb and Mr. Sanders after the Selection <br /> <br />Committee meeting and they requested the City sign a Letter of Intent. Mr. Miller said the City Attorney <br />reviewed the Letter of Intent and suggested placing a hold on signing the Letter of Intent until a meeting <br />
