Other Items: <br /> <br />A. Community Redevelopment Agency Board Appointment <br /> <br />Staff Presentation bv Barbara Linscomb. City Manal!er: There were two applications <br />received for the City appointment to the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), <br />term effective to January 2009. <br /> <br />· Eric Etze, 938 Moonluster Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707 <br />Assistant Store Manager for Home Depot, Casselberry, Florida 32707 <br /> <br />. Tomas M. Jimenez, 1110 Meadow Lake Way, Apt. 114, Winter Springs, Florida 32807 <br />Assistant Vice President for 5/3 Bank, 4580 S. US 17/92, Casselberry, Florida 32707 <br /> <br />Commissioner Sandra T. Solomon nominated Eric Etze as the City's <br />appointee to the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) for <br />a term effective to January 2009. <br /> <br />Nominations were closed and the appointment of Eric Etze was approved <br />unanimously on a 5 - 0 voice vote for appointment to the CRA; term effective <br />to January 2009. <br /> <br />B. Approval of Legacy Park Phase III Replat SP 07-07 <br /> <br />Staff Presentation bv Sandra Smith, Chief Planner: SP-07 is a request for approval of the <br />Preliminary Replat for Legacy Park Phase III, a 66 unit townhome development located on <br />Seminola Boulevard, within the Seminola Boulevard Overlay District. The Legacy Park <br />Conceptual Plan was approved December 8, 2003 and Phases I and II were approved on May 6, <br />2005. Phase III is the result of subdividing Lot 6 of the Master Plan to accommodate a new <br />townhome development. The replat includes private road right-of-way, open space and detention <br />tract, which are to be owned and maintained by the Homeowner's Association. A 10 foot utility <br />easement is located along all roadways and is dedicated to the City utility providers. The <br />Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the preliminary replat and recommended approval at <br />their meeting of October 10,2007. The replat Legacy Park Phase III dated January 28, 2008 is <br />presented for approval with the following conditions: <br /> <br />. The preliminary replat shall be revised to reflect changes that are required 'by the City <br />Attorney, City Surveyor and Staff. <br />. Construction permit be obtained from the Public Works Department <br />. A Performance Bond, acceptable to the Public Works Department, or issuance of a <br />certificate of completion is required prior to processing and recording the final replat. <br />. The applicant is responsible for the City Surveyor and City Attorney fees. <br />
