Inc. and the City of Casselberrv "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN HOME DEPOT USA, INC. AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 08-1906 provides for a Temporary Construction Easement Agreement between the City of Casselberry and Home Deport USA, Inc., which is in conjunction with the Plumosa Avenue and the U.S. Highway 17-92 Intersection Improvements Project. Budget Impact: The approval, execution and conveyance ofthe Temporary Construction Easement require the City to pay for the recordation of the easement instrument, estimated to be less than $20.00. Funds to cover the cost associated with the recordation are available in the Public Works Account No. 401-0750- 536.52.00, Operating Supplies. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 08-1906. E. Resolution 08-1907 - Acceotance of Pro oosa Is from Traffic Control Devices. Inc. For Miscellaneous Mast Arm Signalization Imorovements at Seminola BoulevardlLake Drive and Seminola Boulevard/NE Triolet Drive Intersections "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION OF TWO PROPOSALS FOR PROVIDING TRAFFIC SIGNALIZA TION INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT SERVICES FOR THE SEMINOLA BOULEV ARD/LAKE DRIVE INTERSECTION PROJECT AND THE SEMINOLA BOULEV ARDINE TRIPLET DRIVE INTERSECTION PROJECT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES, INC.; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 08-1907 provides for a proposal from Traffic Control Devices, Inc. to: (1) re-paint six existing mast arm signal poles black; (2) add six decorative black bases to each mast arm pole; and (3) add six acorn-style light fixtures to each mast arm pole at the intersections of Seminola BoulevardlLake Drive and Seminole BoulevardlNE Triplet Drive. Budget Impact: Funds to cover the Seminola BoulevardlLake Drive project costs of $38,428.53 are budgeted and available in the Local Options Gas Tax Fund, Account No. 109-0710-541.63.39. Funds to cover the Seminola BoulevardlNE Triplet Drive project costs of$20,072.64 are available in the Local Option Gas Tax Fund as follows: $11,571.47 from Account No. 109-01710-541.63.39 and $8,501.17 from Account No. 109-0710-541.63.04. The remaining balance in the Local Option Gas Tax Fund Account No. 109-0710- 541.63.39 will be $110,000.00 and is dedicated to the proposed cost-share signalization intersection improvements with Seminole County associated with the Seminola Boulevard/Winter Park Drive
