Flint made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case # 07-02426 in violation City Code, 1-4.3, <br />and that Respondents correct the violation before 1 :00 pm 03/1 0/2008. Another hearing will be held before this Board <br />on 03/13/2008 to detennine compliance by the aforestated date, and, there is no compliance by the aforestated <br />a fine in the amount of$50.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the <br />aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with <br />order. <br /> <br />Paul L. The violation tor this case is a dead tree, first reported on <br />10/25/2007 by an adjoining business. The business owner (Real Estate Hunters) was given the Notice on 11/]5/2007 <br />by CEO Lawrence, also CEO Lawrence spoke with Community Development and confinned that the owner had <br />previously requested pennission to remove the tree, that request was denied by the City tor the business owner to <br />remove the tree during renovations. Testimony continued. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Richard Henderson asked what the renovations were. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown stated he was not sure what the renovations were and refcrred the CEB to the property owners for more <br />infonnation. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Robert C.
