This complaint was received via Commissioner Hufford. in reference to construction without a permit. Building Inspector, Bob Bieloh conducted and inspection and issued a Stop Work Order. The property owners were provided with a Building Permit application and as of 02/14/2008 application has net been applied for or approved. Discussion. Mr. Brown continued testimony. He stated that on 01123/2008 Building Inspector, Mr. Bieloh was conducting a inspection at an adjoining property and at this time he has full view of the property at 251 Triplet Lake Drive. Phillip Weekley asked what is the nature of the work the homeowner is doing. Bob Bieloh, Building Inspector, gave testimony. Bieloh stated that he had been on the roof of the building next door on 01123/2008; it appeared to Mr. Bie10h that the structure was some kind of workshop. The building has eJectlical installed and there appeared to be tools, the building is not quite finished, and there is plastic at the gable. Mr. Weekley asked if the owner was building a garage. Mr. Bieloh stated il is about the size of a garage but looks to be a workshop. Discussion.
