Mr. D'Anna said he owns four <br /> <br />on Seminola Boulevard and lake Drive, He said the zoning change would prohibit him from developing the property as <br /> <br />office/warehouse. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Buchanan asked for a motion to address LPA 08-09. Mr. Henson recommended <br /> <br />approval of LPA 08-09 Comprehensive Plan Amendment based on the staff report dated May 15, 2008 from Mr. Senzee to the <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. Amend the <br />City's Future land Use Map to add the SBESAS Overlay District and provide various Future Land Use Map <br />Amendments. Amend the Official Zoning Map to provide compatible zoning districts. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated May 16, 2008, to the City <br /> <br />of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). Mr. Senzee <br /> <br />reviewed the existing and proposed future land use and zoning designations for the proposed properties and the uses allowed <br /> <br />in the existing and proposed zoning classifications. Mr. Senzee said the required property owner mailing notification was <br /> <br />separated into two categories: property owners whose properties were being rezoned and the adjacent property owners <br /> <br />whose properties were not being rezoned. Mr. Senzee said since the passage of the Small Area Study in 2006 all new <br /> <br />development and occupational licenses (business tax receipts) have complied with the standards. <br /> <br />Mr. Senzee made a correction to the zoning chart stating that parcel number 09-21-30-507-0COO-230 should be 09- <br /> <br />21-30-507-0COO-0230 and the proposed zoning should be changed from CS to CG. <br />
