Comprehensive <br />Policy Amendments to include policy statements regarding the SBESAS. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated May 15, 2008, to the City <br /> <br />of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). Mr. Senzee <br /> <br />stated staff recommends approval of the Comprehensive Plan amendments adopted by the Seminola Boulevard East Small <br /> <br />Area Study as detailed in the attached ordinance, based on the staff report dated May 15, 2008, and the findings and <br /> <br />conclusions that the amendments: <br />
