David Henson, 233 Bridle Path, Casselberry, Florida, Member of the Planning and
Zoning Commission, voiced objections to the 25' limit on recreational equipment
parked in residential districts and urged the Commission to pass the ordinance
without the 25' limitation.

2. Craig Tull, 420 Ranch Trail, Casselberry, Florida, opined that the passage of the parking
ordinance was complete arrogance on the part of the Commission to expect that all
citizens live by their rules. Also, the elimination of ladder racks on trucks was a safety
hazard.

During discussion, consensus of the majority of the Commission was to increase the 25 foot
limitation on recreational vehicles to 32 to 35 foot limit and to require screening on vehicles in
the back yard and no screening on vehicles in the side yard. A limit of two large vehicles in the
back yard was also recommended.

MOTION:

Moved by Commissioner Sandra T.
