<br />City Commission Meeting <br />July 9, 2007 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />Audience InDut: <br /> <br />I) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, suggested <br />cleaning the lakes of aquatic weeds and allow permitted burning of the weeds. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Susan Doerner to approve <br />Ordinance 07-1216, Amending Code Section 42-4, Open Burning, as <br />amended. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford <br />and carried unanimously. (5 - 0) <br /> <br />11. Resolutions - None <br /> <br />12. Other Items: <br /> <br />A. Final Plat Approval (SP 06-02), 160 Marion Lane - Applicant - John Hartman - Approval <br />requested to split a 1.05 acre lot into three smaller lots. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: SP 06-02 to split 160 Marion Lane into three small lots is consistent with the <br />current zoning requirements of the R-9 district. The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and <br />recommended approval of the final plan at their March 28, 2007 meeting. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approval of the final plat is based on the following two conditions: <br /> <br />I) Tract A shall be maintained in a fashion which is compliant with Public Works <br />requirements. <br /> <br />2) All fees related to the review and the recording of the plat, including the surveyor <br />and attorney fees, have been paid to the City. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Susan Doerner to approve SP 06- <br />02 Final Plat approval for 160 Marion Lane, as submitted. Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Jon Miller and carried unanimously. (5 - 0) <br /> <br />B. Final Plat Approval (SP 07-03), 2035 Howell Branch Road - Applicant - Watson Realty _ <br />Approval requested of Final Plat SP 07-03 for a 9,658 s.f. one-story office building. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: SP 07-03 is for a split to allow for the development a commercial 9,600 one <br />story physical therapy office building located at the northeast corner of Howell Branch Road and <br />Lake Howell Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and approved the final plat at <br />their meeting of April 25, 2007. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: The final plat approval has to be accomplished before the site plan can <br />move forward. Approval of SP 07-03 is contingent upon the following condition: <br /> <br />I) All fees related to the review and the recording of the plat, including the contracted City <br />Surveyor and City <br />
