Page 3 of6, 3-10.9(C)(1) - Vehicles defined as a Large Vehicle solely to have a total commercial copy <br />area greater than four (4) square feet, or greater than two (2) square feet on anyone side, shall be <br />parked in a garage, carport, or screened side or screened rear yard. <br /> <br />. Page 3 of 6, 3-1O.9(C)(2) - Vehicles defined as a Large Vehicle due solely to having any amount of <br />copy area on the rear of the vehicle shall be parked in a garage or screened side or screened rear yard. <br /> <br />· Page 3 of6, 3-10.9(C)(3) - Vehicles defined as a LarS!e Vehicle due solely to havinS! accessories or <br />attachments (racks and similar structures) designed to haul, store, or transport equipment and/or <br />materials such as ladders, pipes, hoses, cord, scaffolding and the like shall be parked in a garage or <br />carport. <br /> <br />. Page 4 of6, 3-l0.9(E)(5) - Large vehicles and equipment shall not be parked in a residential district, <br />including the right of way, unless the vehicle and oarkinS! are in accordance with the criteria <br />provided in this Section or unless in the process of making deliveries, or actively engaged in service <br />work. ParkinS! of vehicles that are inconsistent with the requirements as defined in Section 3- <br />lO.9(A)(1)(B)(1) and 3-10.9(A)(1)(Bj(4) in a residential district are orohibited. <br /> <br />. Page 4 of 6, Section 2. - Large trucks and equipment (as defined in Part III of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations, Section 3.1 0.9(A)(1), Large Vehicles and Equipment) may not be parked <br />or stored in any residentially zoned area unless in the process of making deliveries, or unless actively <br />engaged in work that day at the address where the vehicle is parked.
