CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION
Minutes of March 25. 2002 - Regular Meeting
Page 6 of 19

Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak either for or against
Ordinance 02-1045. The following individual came forward:

I) James Brady, 431 Elm Drive, stated he operated a tow truck with a company that has a
contract with the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) and that FHP classifies tow trucks as
emergency service vehicles. Mr. Brady also stated that if he cannot park his tow truck at
his residence when he is on call, he is unable to make the required time limit of 25 minutes
as specified in the contract with FHP. Mr. Brady requested a change in the code to allow
tow trucks to be exempted.
