CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of March 25, 2002 - Reg:ular Meeting: Pag:e 5 of 19 ZONING AMENDMENTS, OF ARTICLE III, PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, OF CHAPTER 66, PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, TO ELIMINATE REFERENCES TO SPECIFIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS; AMENDING SUBSECTION 4, RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COMMISSION, OF SECTION 66-61, ZONING AMENDMENTS, OF ARTICLE III, PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, OF CHAPTER 66, PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, TO ELIMINATE REFERENCES TO SPECIFIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." The Notice of Public Hearing relative to the first reading of Ordinance 02-] 045 was published in the Orlando Sentinel on March 18, 2002. Commissioner Clark inquired if the buffer yard in Section 24, Table 3-10.7 applied to commercial only or also included residential. Mrs. ReisclID1aJill stated she believed it only applied to commercial but would clarify her response by the second reading of the ordinance. Mayor Pronovost suggested the following clarification to Section 25 (A)( I )(b )(2) on page 11 : 2. Only one commercial vehicle per residence is permitted. Mayor Pronovost inquired if Section 26, (C)(3) on page II was actually an exception. Mrs. Reischn1ann stated the intent of that stipulation was to cover vehicles that do not have advertising on it, but was incorrectly placed under the Exceptions heading and needed to be moved to another section. Mrs. Reischmann noted that Section 15, (A)(lO) on page 7 incorrectly referenced 1 OM-12, F.A.C. which has been repealed; said reference needed to be changed to the applicable State Statute. Mr. Wells noted the following scrivener's errors which needed to be corrected in Ordinance 02-1045: Page 5, Section 9(B) - change all references of "yard" or "yards" to "required yard" or required yards" Page 6, Section 14 - change "right of way" to "right-of-way" Page 9, Section 22 (C) - change "right of way" to "right-of-way" Mrs. Reischmann noted the following scrivener's errors which needed to be corrected in Ordinance 02-1 045: Page 7, Section 17 (B)(3) - Remove "(Remove additional text in this section and replace with the following Table 3 (b) that contains the text in a table forn1at.)" Page 8, Section 17 (B)(3) - Remove "(Remove following text and replace with Table 3(c))"
