The Parks & Recreation Department plans on using the funds to help supplement the annual <br />Spring Egg Hunt event to be held March 31, 2007. <br /> <br />BTR #07-23: <br /> <br />INCREASE Acct. #001-0410-572.52-00 <br />(Operating Supplies) <br />INCREASE Acct. #001-0000-366.91.00 <br />(Donations - Private Sources) <br /> <br />$ 1,000 <br /> <br />$1,000 <br /> <br />C. Purchase of Pavilion for Secret Lake Park - Parks & Recreation Department <br /> <br />Approval to purchase a pavilion for replacement of the damaged pavilion is requested as part of the <br />renovations being planned at Secret Lake Park. The City is using contract pricing under an existing contract <br />between the vendor and the City of Jacksonville. <br /> <br />Budget Impact: The cost for the pavilion including freight, installation, concrete pad and footers, and <br />engineer drawings is $37,085.85. The funds have been budgeted for this project in Acct. #001-0410- <br />572.63.62. The remaining account balance will be $311,999.92. <br /> <br />D. Sole Source Award of Bid for DCR Digital Conference Recording System & Sound System <br />Improvements - City Clerk's Office <br /> <br />Approval is requested to purchase a digital conference recording system and sound system improvements <br />for the Commission Chambers from BIS Digital. <br /> <br />Budget Impact: The total cost for the digital conference recording system and sound system improvements, <br />including equipment installation, setup and training of system users is $16,474, and is budgeted in City <br />Commission Account #001-0110-511-67.13 and City Manager/City Clerk Account #001-0120-512-67.05, <br />with remaining balances of approximately $3,000 and $40,000 respectively. <br /> <br />E. Community Development Block Grant Application for 2007 - Anchor Road Neighborhood <br /> <br />Approval is requested to submit an application to Seminole County for the 2007 Community Development <br />Block Grant Program to provide infrastructure improvements in the Anchor Road area, from State Road 436 <br />to Michelle Drive. <br /> <br />F. Department of Community Affairs Sub-Grant Application - Planning Services for the State <br />-Mandated Public School Facilities Element <br /> <br />Approval of a sub-grant application to the Department of Community Affairs is requested to assist in the <br />consulting costs for development ofthe City's Public School Facilities Element. <br />
