Mr. White also stated he felt the watercraft registration fees were too low and needed 10 be raised. Mr. Schluckebier stated Code Enforcement Officers would primarily be responsible for citing all code violations other than speed, together with the four police lieutenants. The City Clerk read Ordinance 95-820 by title as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 94 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF BOATS AND PERSONAL WATERCRAFTS; PROVIDING FOR PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF REGULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. " The Public Hearing for Ordinance 95-820 is scheduled 10 be held on March 20, 1995. The following modifications were made 10 Ordinance 95-820 with reference 10 discussion during the previous Agenda item: - Additional New 2nd Whereas: WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, wishes to ensure the safety of the individuals participating in water activity on City lakes; and - 4th Whereas: WHEREAS,the City Commission finds that it is in the best interest of the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Casselberry, Florida, that all boats and personal watercraft operated on the waters of the City of Casselberry be restricted by speed, as to hours of operation and as to lake size; and
