Mr. White <br />also stated he felt the watercraft registration fees were too low and needed 10 be raised. <br /> <br />Mr. Schluckebier stated Code Enforcement Officers would primarily be responsible for citing all code <br />violations other than speed, together with the four police lieutenants. " <br /> <br />The Public Hearing for Ordinance 95-820 is scheduled 10 be held on March 20, 1995. <br /> <br />The following modifications were made 10 Ordinance 95-820 with reference 10 discussion during the previous <br />Agenda item: <br /> <br />- Additional New 2nd Whereas: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, wishes to ensure the safety of the <br />individuals participating in water activity on City lakes; and <br /> <br />- 4th Whereas: <br /> <br />WHEREAS,the City Commission finds that it is in the best interest of the health, safety, and general welfare <br />of the citizens of Casselberry, Florida, that all boats and personal watercraft operated on the waters of the City of <br />Casselberry be restricted by speed, as to hours of operation and as to lake size; and <br />
