The Commission concurred to strike any <br />reference to an operator's age. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mrs. Miller seconded, and <br />motion carried unanimonsly to adopt and <br />approve Ordinance 700, as amended, on second <br />and fmaI reading. <br /> <br />SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 702 - <br />ABANDONMENT OF EASEMENT. LAKE GRIFFIN (CONTINUED FROM JUNE 3.1991) <br /> <br />Mr. McIntosh stated he had notification from an appropriately affected owner with reference to <br />the potential of an inverse condemnation action, as it relates to lots 6 and 7, and that the matter <br />be withdrawn and that he intended to take care of the matter through other processes that are <br />authorized within the City to serve the interest of Casselberry citizens who are adversely affected <br />by commercial traffic in and about this specific area. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mrs. Miller seconded, and <br />motion carried unanimously to withdraw <br />Ordinance 702 from consideration by the City <br />Commission. <br /> <br />SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 578 - <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 92 - FIRE PREVENTION CODE <br /> <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mr. Crocker seconded, and <br />motion carried unanimously to read the Notice of <br />Public Hearing relative to Ordinance 578. <br /> <br />The Acting City Clerk read the Notice of Public Hearing as follows: <br /> <br />"Notice is hereby given by the City of Casselberry, Florida, that the City <br />Commission will hold a public hearing to consider enactment of Ordinance 578. <br />This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 166, Florida Statutes, <br />and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida as amended <br />and supplemented. Said Ordinance will be considered on first reading on <br />Monday, May 20, 1991, and the City Commission will consider same for final <br />passage and adoption after the public hearing which will be held in the City Hall <br />
