<br />CITY COMMISSION <br />June 17, 1991 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />ANTI-DRUG ABUSE GRANT - 1988 <br /> <br />The Police Chief requested this matter be tabled so that he could have time to review the <br />information and give a written recommendation to the Commission. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mrs. Miller seconded, and <br />motion carried unanimously to table any action <br />on the Anti-Drug Abuse Grant until June 24, <br />1991. <br /> <br />SP-79-08, WINTERGREEN PUD- <br />CHURCH SITE (TEMPORARY SCHOOL BUILDING AGREEMENT) <br /> <br />The Aloma Baptist Church, on behalf of the Masters Academy, requested a one year extension <br />of the temporary use agreement for school buildings and the addition of one modular building. <br /> <br />Alan Trivillion, member of the Aloma Baptist Church, indicated that they return to the <br />Commission with a PUD modification within six months, so that the school could permanently <br />stay in the City, with permanent structures. <br /> <br />Chairman Schutte asked if the Commission approved the extension, would the church pay the <br />legal fees for the City Attorney to draft the agreement. Mr. Trivillion agreed to pay the legal <br />fees. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mrs. Miller moved, Mr. Henson seconded, and <br />motion carried unanimously to approve a one <br />year extension of the Temporary School Building <br />Use Agreement for the Aloma Baptist Church on <br />behalf of the Masters Academy, and the addition <br />of one modular building to the site. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS TO CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD <br /> <br />Three (3) appointments were needed for the Code Enforcement Board and the following <br />nominations were made: <br /> <br />I) Ernie Waters was nominated for reappointment. <br /> <br />2) Henry Howard was nominated for reappointment. <br />
