<br />CITY COMMISSION <br />June 17, 1991 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS - LIBRARY IMPACT FEE AND ROAD IMPACT FEE <br /> <br />The Mayor recommended entering into both agreements. <br /> <br />Mr. Segreto suggested changing the effective dates from July to October in order to coincide <br />with the City's fiscal year. <br /> <br />Commissioner Miller suggested deleting the Mayor's name and inserting "Mayor/City Manager" . <br /> <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mrs. Miller seconded, and <br />motion carried unanimously to enter into <br />interlocal agreements with Seminole County <br />regarding Library Impact Fees and Road Impact <br />Fees, as amended. <br /> <br />PROPOSED USED OIL COLLECTION SITE IN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />The City received a request from Seminole County that there be a used oil collection site within <br />the limits. <br /> <br />Commissioner Crocker suggested that the residents surrounding Secret Lake Park should be <br />notified that the area is being considered as the collection site. <br /> <br />The Commission concurred a stipulation be imposed that the container must be placed on a <br />concrete slab with a lip for spillage control. <br /> <br />Commissioner Miller suggested requiring the County to remove the oil within a 24 hour time <br />frame after being notified by the City of its full capacity. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mrs. Miller seconded, and <br />motion carried unanimously to table the <br />proposed used oil collection site in the City of <br />Casselberry in order to notify residents within <br />300 feet of the proposed site; and to notify <br />Seminole County of the concrete slab and time <br />element stipulations. <br />
