<br />D. Frequencv. Publication will be monthly starting with the October 2006 <br />issue. <br /> <br />E. Editorial Responsibilities. A representative of the City will supply all <br />editorial material to include, photos, art and other types of illustrations to <br />be used with the supplied editorial material. Special Editions may edit the <br />editorial material for length and style only. All non-advertising material <br />contained in the newsletter will be furnished exclusively by the City. <br />Special Editions agrees not to include any other material except <br />commercial advertisements. When and if the numbers of pages of the <br />Newsletter increase, Special Editions will work with the City in order to <br />fill the space. If the City is unable to fill the space, Special Editions may <br />decrease the number of pages allocated to the Newsletter. <br /> <br />2. Advertising. <br /> <br />A. Advertising Rates/Placement of Ads. Advertising rates will be set by <br />Special Editions. The arrangement of the ads within the publication will <br />be at Special Editions' discretion. <br /> <br />B. Advertising Sales and Guidelines. Advertising sales will be conducted in <br />an honest business-like manner and in no way will the City be <br />misrepresented. Special Editions will review all ads to insure the ads are <br />compatible with the City Newsletter. Special Editions will limit <br />advertising content and messages to a quality appropriate for distribution <br />to families with children. No public service ads, candidate ads, or ads <br />advocating for or against political issues will be published. In the event <br />Special Editions has a question regarding the compatibility of a particular <br />ad, Special Editions should contact the City Manager. Also, Special <br />Editions agrees to include in every newsletter the notice attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A." Further Special Editions acknowledges the newsletter policy <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "B." <br /> <br />C. Ratio of Advertising to Editorial. Special Editions will make every effort <br />to maintain a 50% ratio of advertising to editorial material. <br /> <br />D. Billing. Special Editions will be responsible for billing and collecting for <br />advertising that appears in the Newsletter. <br /> <br />3. Costs of Publication. <br /> <br />(a) <br />Newsletter, <br />postage. <br /> <br />Special Editions is responsible for payment of expenses related to the <br />excluding the cost of preparation of materials provided by the City, and <br /> <br />2 <br />
