<br />"Attachment A" <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Agreement dated this _ day of . 2006, is made between the <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, a Florida municipal corporation, whose address is 95 Triplet Lake <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida, 32707 (hereinafter "City") and SPECIAL EDITIONS, INC., a <br />Florida corporation, whose address is 195 Wekiva Springs Road, Suite 300, Longwood, FL <br />32779 (hereinafter "Special Editions"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Casselberry and Special Editions agree that all prior agreements <br />between the parties are hereby rescinded; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry desires to continue a regular <br />publication for distribution to citizens as an informational tool to be known as the "Casselberry <br />Connection" (hereinafter "Newsletter"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Special Editions is willing to continue to provide design, printing and <br />mailing service to the City for the cost of the postage only. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the mutual <br />covenants and agreements contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the <br />receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Specifications for the Newsletter: <br /> <br />A. Printing. Ouantities. Design. Oualitv and Size. <br /> <br />I. The method of printing will be by web offset. <br />2. Stock is 35# Premium newsprint. <br />3. Size is 11-3/8 x 13-3/4, Tabloid. <br />4. The quantities will be a minimum of 10,000, maximum of 15,000 <br />copies for anyone issue. <br />5. Design will be the responsibility of Special Editions with the <br />assistance and guidance of the City. <br /> <br />B. Number of Pages. The Newsletter portion of the publication will be no <br />less than four (4) numbered tabloid pages (size of each page is I I -3/8 x <br />13-3/4). The number of pages may vary based on the amount of <br />advertising. As the number of pages increase, Special Editions will make <br />every effort to allocate approximately fifty percent (50%) of these pages to <br />non-advertising material furnished by the City. <br /> <br />C. Distribution. The publication will be mailed to the mailing list supplied <br />electronically by the City to Special Editions for each issue of the <br />publication. <br /> <br />I <br />
