RESOLUTION 14-2663 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A MONITORING WELL EASEMENT WITH SEMINOLE COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Seminole County (County) has requested that the City of Casselberry (City) provide the County a monitoring well easement over the City's property along Lake Shore Drive (parcel 10-21-30-501-0000-35130); and WHEREAS, said easement will allow for the County's installation, operation, and maintenance of a monitoring well; and City. WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the requested easement and finds it acceptable to the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the monitoring well easement with Seminole County, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
