MOTION: Commissioner Doerner moved to authorize staff to pursue the final easements required for the construction of the Summerset North subdivision wail, including the costs of condemnation, and to take the steps necessary to set up a special assessment district to fund the construction and maintenance of the wall, as outlined in Mr. Wells' March 31, 2004 inter-office memorandum to Mr. Clifton. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by vniee vote. 3. RESOLUTION 04-1489 - QUARTERLY BUDGET AMENDMENT MOTION: Commissioner Hart moved to read Resolution 04-1489 by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. The City Clerk read Resolution 04-1489 by title as follows: '~A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,2003 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2004; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Staff Presentation: Mr. Dreier requested approval of Resolution 04-1489 as presented. MOTION: Commissioner Hart moved to approve Resolution 04- 1489 as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 4. RESOLUTION 04-1490 - AWARD OF BID - JANITORIAL CLEANING CONTRACT MOTION: Commissioner Hart moved to read Resolution 04.1490 by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner.
