Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by <br />vniee vote. <br /> <br />3. RESOLUTION 04-1489 - QUARTERLY BUDGET AMENDMENT <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hart moved to read Resolution 04-1489 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 04-1489 by title as follows: <br /> <br />'~A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,2003 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2004; <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Dreier requested approval of Resolution 04-1489 as presented. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hart moved to approve Resolution 04- <br />1489 as presented.
