Mr. Segreto stated the Triece <br />Company is one of three real estate agents that the City has a continuing contract with. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hart moved to approve the Special <br />Invoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments <br />Authorization Report dated April 12, 2004 as <br />presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />2. SUMMERSET NORTH SUBDIVISION - AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED <br /> <br />WITH EASEMENT/CONDEMNATION PROCESS AND RELATED <br /> <br />CONTRACTS <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Wells gave an overview of the status of the Summerset North Subdivision wall <br />special assessment, and requested authorization for staff to pursue the final easements required for the <br />construction of the wall, including the costs of condenmation, and to take the steps necessary to set up a <br />special assessment district to fund the construction and maintenance &the wall, as outlined in Mr. Wells' <br />March 31, 2004 inter-office memorandum to Mr. Clifton. (A copy of Mr. Wells' March 31, 2004 inter- <br />office memorandum to Mr. Clifton is attached to and made a part of these minutes.) <br /> <br />Audience Participation: <br /> <br />1) Bobbie LaChance, 6 Winding Ridge Road, spoke in favor of the special assessment and <br />related staff recommendations as presented. Mr. LaChance submitted a copy ora petition <br />in support of the special assessment, which is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. Mr. Chance also distributed a letter in support of the wall to the City Commission <br />from Barbara McKenna, 16 Winding Ridge Road, a copy of which is attached to and <br />made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />2) Linda Johnston, 5 Winding Ridge Road, spoke in favor of the special assessment and <br />related staff recommendations as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />
