CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of April 12, 2004 - Regular Meeting Page S of lS Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: Commissioner Doerner - Yes; Commissioner Cook - Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes. Motion passed 4 - 0. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to request participation on any agenda item, or address the Commission on any other matter. The following individuals came forward: I) Bobbie LaChance, 6 Winding Ridge Road, requested an opportunity to address Regular Agenda item (2), Summerset North Subdivision - Authorization to Proceed with Easement/Condemnation Process and Related Contracts. 2) Linda Johnston, 5 Winding Ridge Road, requested an opportunity to address Regular Agenda item (2), Summerset North Subdivision - Authorization to Proceed with Easement/Condemnation Process and Related Contracts. 3) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, requested an opportunityto address Regular Agenda items (1), Special Invoice and Minor Contracts Authorization Report, and (8), Second Addendum to Sale and Purchase Contract for CIP Property at U.S. Highway 17-92 and Triplet Lake Drive. Mr. Casselberry voiced concerns regarding the 1973 utility system purchase. Mayor Pronovost suggested to Mr. Casselberry that he address those concerns with the City Manager. 4) Kerry Beth Stoddard, 20 Old Barn Way, requested an opportunity to address Regular Agenda item (2), Summerset North Subdivision - Authorization to Proceed with Easement/Condemnation Process and Related Contracts. 5) Emanuel Mendoza, 99 Mark David Court, requested an opportunity to address Regular Agenda item (2), Summerset North Subdivision - Authorization to Proceed with Easement/Condemnation Process and Related Contracts.
