CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of April 12, 2004 - Regular Meeting <br />Page 3 of lS <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to address the <br />appeal of Planning & Zoning Commission denial for Antigua Bay site plan, SPR 03-23. The following <br />individual came forward: <br /> <br />1 ) Todd Walker, Attorney representing the applicant, came forward and agreed to the eight <br />conditions set forth in Mr. Wells' memorandum and requested approval of the revised site <br />plan for Antigua Bay. <br /> <br />No one else came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed the public heating. <br /> <br />Commission Discussion: Mrs. McPherson read a inter-office memorandum dated April 12, 2004 from Vice <br />Mayor Clark into the record. (A copy of Vice Mayor Clark's April 12, 2004 inter-office memorandum <br />is attached to and made a part of these minutes.) <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve SPR 03-23, <br />Antigua Bay Site Plan, as revised, subject to the <br />conditions set forth in Mr. Wells' March 26, 2004 <br />inter-office memorandum to Mr. Clifton, and to <br />approve the two requested waivers as outlined in the <br />same inter-office memorandum. Motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously <br />by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Docrner- Yes; Commissioner Cook - Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Mayor <br /> Pronovost - Yes. Motion passed 4 - 0. <br /> <br />II. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 04-1128 - RENAMING A SECTION OF S.R. <br /> <br /> 436 <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Commissioner Hart moved to read Ordinance 04-1128 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 04-1128 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING <br />THE NAME CHANGE FOR A SECTION OF STATE ROAD 436, FROM THE <br />INTERSECTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 17-92 TO THE INTERSECTION OF ANCHOR <br />ROAD, CHANGING THE NAME FROM SEMORAN BOULEVARD TO EAST <br />ALTAMONTE DRIVE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERAB1LITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br /> <br />
