CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of April 12, 2004 - Regular Meeting Page 3 of lS Public Hearing: Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to address the appeal of Planning & Zoning Commission denial for Antigua Bay site plan, SPR 03-23. The following individual came forward: 1 ) Todd Walker, Attorney representing the applicant, came forward and agreed to the eight conditions set forth in Mr. Wells' memorandum and requested approval of the revised site plan for Antigua Bay. No one else came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed the public heating. Commission Discussion: Mrs. McPherson read a inter-office memorandum dated April 12, 2004 from Vice Mayor Clark into the record. (A copy of Vice Mayor Clark's April 12, 2004 inter-office memorandum is attached to and made a part of these minutes.) MOTION: Commissioner Doerner moved to approve SPR 03-23, Antigua Bay Site Plan, as revised, subject to the conditions set forth in Mr. Wells' March 26, 2004 inter-office memorandum to Mr. Clifton, and to approve the two requested waivers as outlined in the same inter-office memorandum. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hart. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: Commissioner Docrner- Yes; Commissioner Cook - Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes. Motion passed 4 - 0. II. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 04-1128 - RENAMING A SECTION OF S.R. 436 MOTION Commissioner Hart moved to read Ordinance 04-1128 by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. The City Clerk read Ordinance 04-1128 by title as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE NAME CHANGE FOR A SECTION OF STATE ROAD 436, FROM THE INTERSECTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 17-92 TO THE INTERSECTION OF ANCHOR ROAD, CHANGING THE NAME FROM SEMORAN BOULEVARD TO EAST ALTAMONTE DRIVE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERAB1LITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
