No one came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Ordinance 04- <br />1113 on second and final reading as presented. Motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion <br />carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Doemer - Yes; Commissioner Cook- Yes; Vice Mayor Clark- Yes; Mayor Pronovost <br /> - Yes. Motion passed 4 - 0. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 04-1114 - SMALL SCALE FUTURE <br />LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT - GREENBERG PROPERTY ON MARSHALL <br /> <br />ROAD - LPA 03-12 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Ordinance 04-1114 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 04-l 114 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY <br />AMENDING THE OFFICIAL LAND USE MAP ESTABLISHING THE FUTURE LAND <br />USE DESIGNATION OF MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MDR) FOR THOSE <br />PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Legal Advertisement: The Notice of Public Hearing relative to Ordinance 04-1114 was published in the <br />Orlando Sentinel on January 29, 2004. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Wells stated Ordinance 04-1114 provides for amendment of the Future Land Use <br />Map for the subject property which was previously annexed into the City via Ordinance 03-1 i04 from <br />Seminole County Medium Density Residential to City Medium Density Residential. The property is less <br />than 10 acres which allows for the amendment to be processed as a Small Scale Future Land Use Map <br />Amendment, pursuant to 163.3187(1)(c), (2)(a), and (3), Florida Statutes. The Planning & Zoning <br />Commission voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the amendment at its December 10, 2003 meeting. The <br />City Commission passed Ordinance 04-I 114 on first reading on January 12, 2004. Staff recommended <br />approval of Ordiamme 04-1114 on second reading. <br /> <br /> <br />
