<br />Advertisement: The Notice of Public Heating relative to Ordinance 04-1121 was published in the Orlando
<br />Sentinel on January 25, 2004.
<br />
<br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Wells stated Ordinance 04-1121 provides for deletion of redundant information,
<br />and provides for clarification of ambiguous information as outlined in Mr. Well's February 4, 2004 inter-
<br />office memorandum to Mr. Clifton. Said memorandum is attached to and made a part of these minutes.
<br />Mr. Wells noted that references that were aceidantly deleted in a recent code codification from Part HI,
<br />Article, XIV, Tree Protection, Section 3-14.8, Tree Replacement Requirements, and had been reinserted by
<br />Municipal Code Corporation and therefore all references to within the title, whereas clauses and body of
<br />Ordinance 04-1121 will be modified to that effect prior to second reading. The Planning & Zoning
<br />Commission conducted a public hearing on the ordinance on January 14, 2004 and recommended approval
<br />unanimously. Staff recommended approval on first reading as amended.

<br />Public Hearing: Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak either
<br />for or against Ordinance 04-1121. No one came forward. Mayor Prnnovost closed the public hearing.
