Mayor Pronovost further <br />requested the City Attorney review the language proposed in Section 10-3(1) and bring back any changes <br />that might better clarify the intent of that section. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Ordinance 04- <br />1120 on first reading. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Doerner. RESOLUTION 04-1473 - INTERLOCAL AGGREEMENT WITH SEMINOLE <br /> <br />COUNTY FOR LANDSCAPE/IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Resolufion 04-1473 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hart, Motion carried unanimously by voice vote, <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 04-1473 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH SEMINOLE COUNTY FOR <br />LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE ON SEMINOLA BOULEVARD <br />FROM U.S. HIGHWAY 17-92 TO LAKE DRIVE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Segreto stated Resolution 04-1473 provides for an inteflocal agreement with <br />Seminole County for the City to perform landscape and irrigation maintenance on that part of Seminola <br />Boulevard from U.S. Highway 17-92 to Lake Drive. The agreement will achieve the higher level of <br />landscape maintenance along Seminola Boulevard that the City has desired. Staff recommended approval <br />of Resolution 04-1473. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Resolufion 04- <br />1473 as presented.
