The entire <br />property to be annexed comprises approximately 70 acres, and is located immediately south of the Lakehurst <br />Subdivision on Red Bug Lake Road. The subject property is adjacent to the City limits, will not create an <br />enclave and generally meets the statutory criteria for annexation as established in Chapter 171, Florida <br />Statutes. Staff recommended approval of Ordinance 03-1109 on second reading. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak either for <br />or against Ordinance 03-1109. No one came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Ordinance 03- <br />1109 on second and final reading as presented. Motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion <br />carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Doerncr - Yes; Commissioner Cook - Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Vice Mayor <br /> Clark - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes. SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 03-1110 - ANNEXATION OF REGENCY <br /> <br />OAKS AREA <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Ordinance 03-1110 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br /> <br />
